Kadavu Urban Nidhi Limited being a Company registered under the Companies Act, 2023, it automatically comes under the supervision of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and its standards. Nidhi Company registered under Pursuant to Sub-Section (2) of segment 7 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule of 8 of the organizations (Incorporation Rules, 2014) "Nidhi" signifies an organization which has been consolidated as a Nidhi.
